Dr. Dinorah Nieves earned her PhD in Sociology from Fordham University, with a concentration in Race & Ethnic Studies. She holds an MA in Communications from Fordham University and an MS in Psychology from Capella University. 

As a behavioral scientist and coach, she works with individuals to access their personal and professional best. As

As a behavioral scientist and coach, she works with individuals to access their personal and professional best. As a sociologist and educator, she teaches students and organizations about the power and possibility of personal and systemic change.

 Currently, Dr. Nieves is an Associate Professor of Liberal Arts specializing in Social/Behavioral Science and Communications, for Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design.  Dr. Nieves has also taught as adjunct faculty with a number of esteemed colleges and universities, including the College of New Rochelle, Pace, John Jay College of Crim

 Currently, Dr. Nieves is an Associate Professor of Liberal Arts specializing in Social/Behavioral Science and Communications, for Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design.  Dr. Nieves has also taught as adjunct faculty with a number of esteemed colleges and universities, including the College of New Rochelle, Pace, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, UNAD Florida, the City of New York's (CUNY) City College and her alma mater - Fordham University.  Course topics include communications, sociology, mass media, organizational behavior, racialization, ethnic studies, resilience, psychology, and more.

 Dinorah continues to facilitate capacit- building training workshops with various corporations and organizations seeking to build their skills in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, leadership development, wellness, DEIA and other pertinent areas of personal and professional growth.
